Refund Policy

We want to ensure your total satisfaction when purchasing our digital solutions. For this reason, Infobrasil digital establishes a transparent cancellation and refund policy, in full compliance with the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Article 49 - Right of Withdrawal).
1. Right of Withdrawal (7-Day Unconditional Guarantee)
All infoproducts, SaaS licenses, and InfoApps purchased within our ecosystem feature an unconditional 7-day calendar guarantee from the date of payment confirmation. If the product does not meet your expectations for any reason, you can request a 100% refund of the amount paid.
2. How to Request a Refund
To open a refund request, follow the step-by-step process below:
- Send an email to infobrasildigital@infodigitalbrasil.online stating your full name, purchase email address, and the transaction reference code sent by the payment gateway.
- Alternatively, you can open a support ticket directly through the billing platform where the purchase was processed (e.g., Kiwify, Hotmart, Appmax).
3. Refund and Chargeback Timelines
Refund processing depends on the payment method used at the time of purchase:
- Pix (Brazilian Instant Payment): The amount will be returned to the same bank account used for payment within 48 business hours after refund approval.
- Credit Card: The refund will be sent to your card issuer within 5 business days. The credit on your statement may take 1 to 2 subsequent billing cycles, depending on your bank's policies.
- Boleto Bancário (Bank Slip): You will receive an email from our payment processor to register your checking account details and complete the bank transfer within 5 business days.
4. Specific Terms of Use
The 7-day guarantee covers general dissatisfaction with the infoproduct content or the utility of the software/InfoApp. However, we reserve the right to deny future purchase requests from users who exhibit recurring and abusive behavior of successive cancellations.
